Alternating bands of brown and black are built across the garment, then softened through pigment, washing, and heat. The result is less like a conventional stripe and more like a worn graphic structure integrated into the fabric.

Variation emerges through process. Each piece carries subtle shifts in tone, density, and edge that make it individually distinct.

Process

The stripe is treated as a repeated structural element rather than a printed decoration.

Layering, pigment, washing, and heat break down the uniformity of the bands, producing slight tonal shifts and irregularities across the surface. The repetition remains precise, while the finish stays intentionally imperfect.
